By accessing and using the Binarex platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.
Binarex provides automated trading tools and services that integrate with the Deriv.com trading platform. The Platform facilitates the deployment of trading bots, license management, agency commission programs, and related financial services. Binarex is not a financial institution and does not provide financial advice.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Registration requires payment of a one-time activation fee as stated on the pricing page. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Platform integrates with Deriv.com. By providing your Deriv Customer Reference (CR) and credentials, you authorize Binarex to configure automated trading bots on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for your Deriv account and all trading activity conducted through it. Binarex does not conduct unauthorized withdrawals.
All activation fees, subscription fees, and agency registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Payments are processed through Paystack (NGN) or cryptocurrency networks. Exchange rates for Naira conversions are applied at the prevailing rate set by the Platform.
Agents are independent contractors and are not employees of Binarex. Commissions are earned on verified sales and are subject to the Agency Code of Conduct. Binarex reserves the right to suspend or terminate agency accounts for violations of program rules. The 40% special rebate is credited at registration and is non-transferable.
You agree not to: (a) misrepresent Binarex products or services; (b) engage in fraudulent transactions; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform; (d) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (e) solicit other users' credentials; or (f) create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.
Binarex shall not be liable for trading losses, indirect damages, lost profits, or any consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 30 days preceding any claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Balances may be subject to review before release.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification.
