We collect information you provide directly: full name, email address, phone number, username, country, and Deriv Customer Reference (CR). We also collect payment transaction data, device information, IP addresses, and usage logs to operate and improve the Platform.
Your information is used to: create and manage your account; process payments; configure automated trading bots on your Deriv account; send transactional emails and notifications; comply with legal obligations; prevent fraud; and improve Platform features.
Your Deriv CR and password are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before storage. They are accessed only for the purpose of configuring your authorized trading bots. We do not share your Deriv credentials with any third party, and we do not conduct unauthorized withdrawals from your Deriv account.
We do not store your card details. Card payments are processed by Paystack and are subject to their privacy policy. For cryptocurrency payments, we store wallet addresses and transaction hashes solely for verification purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with: payment processors (Paystack, NOWPayments) for transaction processing; hosting providers for Platform operation; and law enforcement when required by law.
We retain your account data for the duration of your account plus 5 years for financial records compliance. Transaction logs and audit records are retained for 7 years. You may request deletion of non-financial personal data by contacting support.
We implement industry-standard security measures including: bcrypt password hashing; AES-256 encryption for sensitive credentials; CSRF protection; brute-force lockout; TLS/HTTPS for all data transmission; and role-based access controls. No system is 100% secure; use a strong, unique password.
We use strictly necessary session cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of personal data; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us at privacy@binarex.com to exercise these rights.
The Platform is not directed to persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover that a minor has registered, we will delete their account immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
