Every registered agent receives a BINAREX Agency Certificate and an Agency Number validating their official status. The program is structured into five ranks, each offering increased rewards and responsibilities as you progress.

Agents must act honestly, ethically, and transparently in all dealings. Misrepresentation of BINAREX products or services is strictly prohibited. Confidential information must not be shared with unauthorized parties.
Agents must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and BINAREX internal policies. Agents must refrain from illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activities, and must comply with international AML and anti-fraud regulations.
Agents must provide accurate, truthful information about BINAREX services. Client onboarding must be professional and voluntary — no coercion allowed. Agents must protect client privacy and treat all clients with respect.
Agents must work diligently to meet rank and sales targets without misrepresentation. Agents must refrain from promising guarantees outside BINAREX official offerings and maintain professional communication at all times.
Agents must disclose any personal, financial, or professional conflicts that may influence agency activities. Agents must avoid businesses that directly conflict with BINAREX operations.
All financial transactions must be transparent, properly documented, and compliant with BINAREX rules. Agents must not engage in fraudulent practices to inflate commissions or accept bribes in any form.
Agents must uphold and protect the BINAREX brand image in all external communications. Unauthorized marketing materials conflicting with BINAREX branding guidelines are prohibited.
Agents must conduct themselves professionally on all online platforms. Agents must not post false, misleading, or defamatory information about BINAREX, competitors, or clients.
Agents are encouraged to participate in BINAREX-approved training programs. Agents must stay updated on product offerings, platform features, and industry best practices.
Agents must safeguard all client and company information and comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR where relevant. Sharing confidential information without authorization is strictly prohibited.
